What a relief to have ONE designated rep for my account! Not just a 1-800 number with a different person every time. I had problems with a charge back and they handled everything for me. PLUS I got a statement credit after there was a minor error on my statement. I have referred Sekure to our local merchant association. No sales reps, no hidden fees, just apples to apples comparison. It didn't take me long to realize i was being over charged for many years. I got excellent pricing and a new terminal for free.
