Got an offer from a rep who called me from Sekure Card and turned it down. I got my current provider to match the offer. The rep at Sekure politely advised me to keep a close watch on my statements in case the rates increase again……….. Lo and behold, rates went up……….. Called Sekure back and they honored the first quote. Only been with them a few months but no complaints to date………. I will be sure to post again if anything changes……….!

I have been working with Sekure Card Services for 10 or 11 months now. What a relief to have ONE designated rep for my account! Not just a 1-800 number with a different person every time. I had problems with a charge back and they handled everything for me. PLUS I got a statement credit after there was a minor error on my statement. I have referred Sekure to our local merchant association. L

Didnt think to favor debit cards over credit cards. Sekure sent me a free pin-pad and saved me a bunch.

I have a leased terminal for which I pay $29/ month!!! For 4 years! What a scam. Sekure Card gives free terminals with no lease. They reprogrammed my already leased terminal plus gave me a free one for back up. Rates haven’t gone up for a year as well. I’ll be watching my statements of course but so far so good.

Was referred to Sekure Card by a fellow restaurant owner. I received a free terminal within a few days and my rates/fees have been reduced by about 20%. Can’t complain…
